見逃しやすい舟状骨骨折を疑うエコー所見（皮質の不連続や血腫）が記載されています。
舟状骨の描出自体はそれほど難しくないですが、実臨床では骨折の有無をエコーだけで判断するのは個人的には難しいです。舟状骨の圧痛を正確に判断するためには有用だと思います。
