石灰穿刺吸引
- 局所麻酔 (27G, カルボカイン+デキサメタゾン）：穿刺部、SABに薬液注入。
- 石灰穿刺吸引 (18G, 生理食塩水10ml)：石灰に針を刺入し陰圧をかけて吸引する。
体外衝撃波
亜急性期、慢性期の疼痛やインピンジメント症状に適応。

エコーガイド下石灰穿刺＋ステロイド注射群と体外衝撃波群で無作為化比較試験を実施。両群とも臨床経過は改善を認めたが、短期成績ではエコーガイド下石灰穿刺＋ステロイド注射群の方が有意に良好であった。
